Cannot figure out if I'm feeling emotional these 2 days because I'm having my period (PMS) or feeling stressed. I keep having repeated urges to cry since last evening.
Others would think it's PMS, but there's so much in my head and so little food in me that's making me feel all sad..
Work is piling up, I'm afraid I can't handle them properly and on time. I suppose this emotion I'm feeling these days is what people call 'stress'.
