Self-Worth

I realise...... There are plenty of people in the world who thinks they are irreplaceable; that they do great things for people/an organisation.

Where do people get this level of confidence?? Are they really that great?

Then there's me here, so often doubting myself. Afraid I'm not doing good enough. Afraid I'm not meeting expectations. Afraid of making mistakes.

Oh, how little self-worth I have.
