This Weekend.

It has been such a long time since I've let myself rant in this space.........

In fact, I haven't given myself much time to think or reflect about things lately... Just living my everyday mundanely; work, workout, work, workout, sleep sleep and sleep.

So exciting, yes?

No one told us adulthood is going to be boring.. I thought it'll be more exciting than how I am living now. Like... more parties, more vacations and more of everything that used to be fun. But now, all I really wanna do after work is sleep.

No, wait.
Netflix and chill first, then sleep. Lol.

Okay fine, I do arrange meetups on Wednesdays and Thursdays, but I would rather much not do anything during the weekends. Not even to use my laptop, thus explains the never ending backlog I have. (Still in goddamn 2016 T_T)

Where have all the energy I had gone to? :(

What made me wanna rant here today...........

I had a different weekend this time; instead of just heading to Kovan's Amore for class and then back home to rest, I didn't attend any of my weekend class, but spent the days with my parents.

Went for the much much needed hair spa treatment and facial! Cannot believe my last visit was BEFORE the lunar new year. Wow.... If I could go on this long without pampering myself, why did I make myself pay for these treatments? Right???? Lol.

I have kindda decided to go back on track to make myself feel better and relaxed with these treatments (I have already purchased). Maybe just once every two months? The goal is to not sign on new packages... No new installments this year. HEH.

This weekend, I also realise..... Everything is shrinking. Prices of my favourite food are rising, but the size of the food is shrinking. WHERE HAS ALL THE FAIRNESS IN LIFE DIED TOO!!!

Talking about curry puffs. LOL.

Am I becoming those dreadful adults just complaining about stupid stuff now? Shit.

I mean..... I love Old Chang Kee's curry puffs and now it's freaking $1.70 with the size of it slightly compromised. Pfft. Then, I got Polar's curry puffs today.......... Freaking $2 for one that has shrunk at least 15% of the size back then. WHY!!!!

Adulthood sucks. I never used to freakout at the prices of things! My parents just buy them when we want them. :(
