I made a summary of all the celebrations I've had this year so it would be easy for me to search through my entries in future. xD But before that, here's a random shot of all the gifts I've gotten from awesome people this year! ^^

Jasmine bought me some bangles. These bangles she kept from me and lied saying the shipment did not deliver them! Evillllll~ Hahaha. I was really curious wondering why she was so confident saying I'll definitely love the gift she bough. Haha.

Something I've typed out a month before Christmas. I was emotional then. So yeah~ ><

Christmas used to be just another day when I was young. It didn't hold any significance to me since my family don't celebrate it at all. But I remember, vaguely, that one of my mothers' colleagues would get us small gifts and our neighbours would give us chocolates!! Happens no more than four times though. :/

Anyway, I just wanted to saytype; Christmas was never important until I started celebrating it with my clique(s)... 4(?) years back~ It became a day to gather around, have good food and of course, the most anticipated gift exchange! :D Used to start off with the general gift exchange until we improved the method and did secret santa instead. ^^

I really enjoyed every single one of the celebrations be it simple or slightly more exciting. It was really nice trying to gather people, plan the days' event and of course, do up the secret santa and go gift hunting!

It's slightly embarrassing, how my blogging style used to be. LOL!

If you actually bothered to click through them and all, you can see how we've changed over the years. Externally~ duh! &How things have changed over the years too, unfortunately. They were definitely the good o' days I'll remember having. :) They were so much fun.

Suddenly changing the mood of this entry because that's what I'm gonna point out for this years' celebrations. Celebrations this year was different.
No more big groups. No more special gatherings.

Because we're all busy, I guess it's just normal for it to be difficult to gather with all our friends? Having our own lives, commitments and activities~~
It's not that Christmas this year ain't a blast. It still is; because of the awesome companion!!! I'm just sad at how things have changed. Or rather, how things are no longer the same. I used to be naive to believe that there is such thing as "forever". And I'll live in the moment and foresee how our future celebrations would be! Yes, it's stilly and crazy to imagine how the future would be like.

Well, reality has caught up with me - People change. Relationship change. Everything changes. I know, get over it right? lol.
Over the past 365 days, there have been a lot of changes. Changes I'm not gonna whine about but instead embrace - For what I have now is more than just enough. ♥

Ever since the first celebration I've had way back in 2007; I started to be really enthusiastic for the festive as early as in October!! No joke. hahaha. I'm an insane weirdo, I know that. But you need to have a good plan for everything! And planning needs time... hur~ But now, I guess I can save these braincells for something else; hopefully store them for future. lol.

I remain thankful for everything this Christmas. Friends I have; Love I get - It's better to enjoy concentrated attention than a wide spread awkwardness.

It's gonna be a great 2012; I know it.
