Today, my sister finally graduates from Ngee Ann Polytechnic achieving a...............
DIPLOMA WITH MERIT!!!! :D
She has always been the smarter one, and I've always been nothing but proud! Today is no different, I was extremely proud of her!!! Hehehe. I would say...... It is fairly easy to obtain a diploma as long as you complete all the necessary. But, it is definitely not easy to do well... let alone get the top 10% of a faculty!!! 👏👏👏
And so today, we traveled down to Ngee Ann Polytechnic. We didn't attend the ceremony but waited outside the hall till it is over. :X My mother and sister shares same sentiments about such ceremony; they find it somewhat unnecessary and a waste of time to sit through one because of the speeches and the many individuals who take turns to be awarded.
My sister even told us not to attend it at all! :O How can! Especially for one who is award a Diploma with Merit! The least we should do is to be there for photo-taking!!! Hahahaha.
I'm so so so glad we went because my sister manage to take a lot of pictures with her friends! Unlike me....... I only had like...
Anyway, I was happy I helped my sister take 55 pictures from today. LOL!
Flowers for the girl who loves flowers.
I can never understand why..... :/
ANYWAY! This bouquet is only $15.
There were many similar sized bouquet selling in the school for a whooping $50! Siao.
It was a pretty long wait....................
AND THERE WERE SO SO SO MANY PEOPLE!!!
^^
Father and his funny faces. Always doing these and then telling me not to upload because he looks funny. -,-
I have no idea what's with this 2 1 handsign though. LOL.
Pictures so up-close because it was so freaking crowded, I didn't have much space to move backwards for a proper shot. -,-
♥
If only I can get 30% of her smartness. Lol.
LOL @ the mother, fully expressing her distaste for the puff.
There was buffet too! But we didn't have any because the place was too freaking crowded.
It didn't take us very long to quickly leave the hall to take pictures outside. Lol. It was a great choice to break free from the crazy crowd, but make no mistake, the weather outside was not forgiving either. x,x After the crowd died down a little, we proceeded back in the hall to enjoy some of the air-conditioning. LOL.
For referencing purposes, here's my graduation back in 2011.
WTF!! Time passes so fast?!
It's already been approximately 3 years since I left Nanyang Polytechnic and 7 years since Serangoon Secondary. T^T
Time.... Staph.
How come my parents don't seem to have aged?! In fact, they look younger!
Another shot of our scholar! :D
My father just had to photo-bomb. And my mother just had to include our new car and the background. -,-
Because mother's photo taking skill not nice, here's another shot by one of her friends. HEHEHE.
After about an hour roaming around the area, searching for her friends to take pictures with, we proceeded to Plaza Singapura for a satisfying Japanese dinner at Itacho! My sister's favourite Japenese restaurant. Though I believe she now has a new love. Lol.
