Reputations.

Yes, yes, I'm blogging again! (: Taking a little break before going back to revision.

Papers taken so far (this week) are still alright. Just hope I can score, score, SCORE!! (:

I was talking alot about people's reputation yesterday.
Reputation: favorable repute; good name: to ruin one's reputation by misconduct.
Above is the definition of the word 'Reputation'.

Anyway, started off talking about people's reputation in my English Composition.
Then, my mother told me about some celebrity who failed to live up to her reputation. Okay, she's a she. LOL.

There's like so many things happening in the showbiz these days.

Well, it was reported (in some news) that this lady was being backfired because some of her actions went too far. If I'm not wrong, she was teasing some people. The ones (a couple) who backfired her were well-educated people. It seems that she was unable to take people's comment about her. (I think they were right about her by the way.) Then, she trashed it out with the two before going to some pub in which she spend the night there and end up not performing her rightful duty the next day.

This is such a disgrace I would say. I don't get it why is it such a nature that when some gets... hmms... well-known or starts having a reputation to look after of, they tend to lose their cool and be cocky. What a waste.
These are my opinions though.

Later that night, I was watching some reality show. Unfortunately, I felt a little disgusted by one of the celebrities who actually reprimanded one of his partner useless. -.- Be it whether it was meant to be a joke or not, I think these comments are so not cool nor nice but definitely very very rude and nasty.

Imagine committing a mistake accidentally and getting scolded in some reality show which would be podcasted. How would you feel? Well, I would feel pretty offended yet helpless. What more, the person who made the remark is a pretty well-known host. No wonder my dad hates him so much. He's like the one I've mention before, cocky. Lol. He really should empathise with the people he tease. Once, twice maybe okay but all the time? tsktsk.

I also came across a report from 'The New Paper' yesterday; saying many well-known singers (even the local ones) did not turn up for some award presentation in Singapore because they have other things on. Unfortunately some absentees were found to be attending other activities because they were paid to. Like the reporter had said; it's disappointing to see them all being money minded.

The last one I'm gonna mention. My mother also told me about some well-known singer who had actually forgot her own song. -.- Lol. It was said that she continued singing when the song has already ended. I bet all these singers all sing along with the CD playing rather than they singing live. That's pretty embarrassing eh. What more, it was on a charity show. -.-

Okay, sidetrack a little. I'm very into Tyra Banks these days. Well, I've always been watching her shows but I started to really like her! haha. I think she's not only pretty but she's also beautiful. My mother feels that she's not pretty but admit that she's beautiful. heh.
By the way, I see people with a good personality as beautiful. Pretty face is but skin deep. (: I also like this actress from the "Ghost Whisperer". I don't know her name though but I like her because she's really really pretty!! awww! LOL.



^^ Haha!
Anyway, back to what I was talking about. Reputations. Is it really that difficult to live up to it? I don't mean they have to be perfect; but I think they should take note of what they do and say because people actually would look up upon them. No matter what, there should be a limit to everything one do, isn't it?

I'm so lucky! There's like so many good shows on air after Os! Phew* Good thing I won't be distracted just yet! haha. Was listening to the song Cindy has in her blog. Very Nice. (:(:
